    On the entry-level is a large rear deck with an outdoor setting for 10 and 2 casual outdoor lounges providing lots of options for groups to gather. Surrounded by natural bush walls of native flora there is plenty of privacy as well as shelter from the coastal breeze and the greenery is a nice contrast to the blue water views throughout the rest of the home.

    The entry-level rear deck has a 6' deep splash pool, five-person spa and with a cedar sauna room, extra fridge, shower and toilet only a few steps away. There are two BBQs, one six-burner gas and the other a Weber charcoal type and with colour selectable LED lighting and outdoor speakers, the entry-level rear deck is a fun place to gather to entertain or relax during the day or into the evening.

    The entry-level main lounge/kitchen/dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows providing stunning views of Brisbane Waters and the ever-changing watercraft that visit these inlets. The open plan main living area has a flat-screen TV, surround sound media system, spacious eight-person lounge, an electric fireplace and ducted air-conditioning. The dining area has an eight-person dining table and coffee table sitting area with three chairs.

    The kitchen has a Jenn-air electric stove with four hotplates and down-draft, a separate SMEG gas two-burner cooktop, a modern Mitsubishi fridge, Miele microwave & oven and SMEG dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster included in the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked with glassware, cups, plates, pots, pans, utensils, placemats, chopping boards, knives and cutlery of good quality, everything you need to prepare meals for a large group.

    On Level 2, you will find the master bedroom with king bed, modular three-seater lounge, large walk-in robe, and spacious ensuite with shower and bathtub. The master bedroom has ducted air-conditioning, and the floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom provides stunning views.

    Bedroom 2 has a double bed and balcony access with views.
    Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ensuite with shower and access to the balcony and separate air-conditioner.
    Bedroom 4 has a double/single tri-bunk, built-in robe and separate air-conditioning.

    Level 2 also contains the main bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet, both of which are older in style but clean, tidy and functional. There is a large laundry with washer, dryer iron and ironing board.

    • Please note, we have a strictly no party/functions policy and will only allow up to 12 family guests at any one time at this property, with a maximum of 8 adults. Noise restrictions are in place for this property as you need to be mindful of the neighbours and surrounding community and please ensure you do not block neighbouring driveways or use their bins and property etc. The jetty on the waterfront is not available for use, as it's the neighbours but there is plenty of room to drop a kayak or canoe into the water along the property waterfront.
