    Marley's Retreat is a superb architect designed holiday home offering a high standard of living in this beautiful seaside village, set amongst pines and picturesque ocean views. Quietly positioned on a level street and embraced by the warm eastern sun, this three-bedroom beach property is modern and spacious and within a short walk to the soft white sands of Patonga beach.

    Upstairs you will find the heart of the home featuring a large, modern open plan kitchen with all the mod cons, dining and lounge area all have access to the outdoor entertainment area. The sunning Master Suite bedroom is complete with a king bed, dressing room, ensuite with shower and direct access to the entertainment deck. A powder room is also located on this level. The ground floor features a light and bright entry foyer with 2 bedrooms both containing queen beds and built-ins; one bedroom opens to a secluded balcony.
