The reason I opened my business was to ensure we could provide the highest level of care for owner’s properties and their return on investment. Having investment properties both now and in the past I am fully aware of the attention to detail and passion one needs to ensure each property is being managed effectively and professionally.
To maintain this level of care and attention we only specialise in the management of holiday & short term stays on the peninsular of the Central Coast. We operate over a number of web sites and have 10 years’ experience in the management of holiday accommodation and property management.
In our care we have an extensive range of over 240 quality properties ranging from 1 to 6 bedroom prestige beach and water front Villa/houses located at Kilcare/Hardy’s Bay, St Hubert’s Island, Daley’s Point, Booker Bay, Ettalong Beach, Umina Beach, Patonga, Pearl Beach, Woy Woy and Woy Woy Bay. We also manage a quality range of apartments and those in the Ettalong Beach Resort.
Our office in Ettalong Beach is fully staffed with property sales assistants, operations and administration. We also have full maintenance, linen and other service providers as required. Stephen has over 30 years’ experience gained at executive levels in the corporate world. Today he heads up the Holiday Accom team that specialises in holiday rentals and short term terms stays in apartments and properties. “We are the largest private agency in the area and our aim is to give both guests and property owners total satisfaction in either their stay or having the valuable asset carefully looked after. mined persons and organisations”.

TrinetteHoliday Property Assistant
Trin is a well know local having lived in the area for 20 years. In that time she has not only raised her family but been heavily involved in the local netball association and is their fund raising co-ordinator. Trin has been part of our friendly holiday property team for just under 3 years and spent over 6 years with The Mantra Resort.
